Some items can be customised upon request.
Some are unique pieces that have already been customised.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned.

Expressed in EURO.
When paying via PayPal, you can choose your preferred currency.
🚚 Shipping
Standard shipping is by courier within Poland.
We can ship worldwide or by other methods: please contact us before purchasing for a quote.
Products to be customised or repaired can also be brought to and collected from one of our authorised sales points.
🎨 Customisations
Infinite possibilities, to be agreed and approved before ordering.
You will receive instructions on the care and maintenance of your bespoke products.
📦 Availability of products ready for sale
The products are also sold in physical shops and on other platforms.
Real-time updates are not possible: we recommend contacting us to check availability, especially for unique items that have already been customised.
✋ Craftsmanship
Handmade or custom-made products may have slight differences.. These are not defects, but evidence of craftsmanship.
💳 Payment
Payments are made via PayPal, Blik, international bank transfer or by agreement and, where possible, by other methods.
📜 Right of withdrawal (only for stock items - not customized)
⚠️ Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.
The customer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any additional costs (except for the cost of returning the goods).
The decision must be communicated to the seller within the specified period, including by using the standard form available on the "Terms and Conditions" page.
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
The seller will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, who is responsible for the product until it is delivered.
